Batcher offers expert floor cleaning and polishing solutions. Super Shine delivers a high-gloss finish with premium diamond pads for stone, plastic, porcelain, and ceramic floors, ideal for retail prep. Deep Clean removes tough stains and restores sparkle for any floor type. The Upgrade process revitalizes natural stone floors like limestone, marble, and terrazzo. For worn or damaged floors, the intensive Restoration service hones and polishes natural stone to a superior finish.
Super Shine
Our Super Shine is designed to give a high gloss clean using our finest diamond cleaning pad. Unlike most services, this level of clean is most commonly used prior to a new retail environment opening. This service can be used on all floor types including stone, plastic, porcelain and ceramic floor tiles.
Deep clean
This service provides a process that can be used on all floor types and can be tailored to meet individual requirements. Using a mixture of different graded diamond pads to remove as much floor staining as possible, this process will deliver a sparkling floor.
Upgrade
The Upgrade process is specifically designed for natural stone floors including all limestones, marble and terrazzo tiles. Using a consistent approach of different grades of diamonds, the floor is stripped back before building up the natural shine resulting in a beautifully polished stone floor.
Restore
An intensive process for floors that are etched, scratched or damaged. This process uses diamond block tooling that hones the floor to a 200 grit which is then built back up finishing on a polishing pad to give an exceptional finish. This can only be used on natural stone floor tiles, including limestones, marble and terrazzo.
The Pads
We use a variety of factory made diamond pads. They fit all types of machines and are available in a variety of sizes and grades. We use a unique combination of grit sizes in a single clean / upgrade, depending on the floor type and condition.
The machines
We use a range of Hako Scrubber Dryers and hand held machines which are capable of 65kg downward pressure for the diamond pads to deep clean and finish.
Laser Gloss Meters are used to measure the reflective condition of the floor and a Slip Tester to measure the slip resistance of the floor.
Our method of using diamond pads is proven to increase the condition, gloss and slip resistance of the floor.
